Drop-In Class



Outside of our regular group fitness schedule, Blueprint Health & Fitness is now offering individualized small group training. Class sizes are limited to 6 or less for a more personalized experience and focus on fundamentals.

Our expansion will allow for Blueprint to expand our offerings to include student athlete strength and conditioning training for local school and club teams.

Program Director, Michelle Fleming says working with youth athletes is a sweet spot: an opportunity to teach growing kids to enjoy movement, kinesthetic awareness, proper technique for strength training, and a growth mindset. It can change their view on exercise and sports performance. Working hard can be fun and rewarding: why not do it with your team and a trainer who’s all-in on your goals as an athlete and a person?
