Michelle is the jack of all trades. She joined our community a year ago and is going to be jumping in even further with her new role as Program Director. Michelle will be helping behind the scenes on our programming team to assist in creating intentional group programming, enriching our training team, improve client experience, and contributing to our monthly educational newsletters.
Our upcoming expansion will allow for Blueprint to expand our offerings to include student athlete strength and conditioning training for local school and club teams. Michelle works to create youth programming that will welcome a new age bracket into our studio.

With this transition, current customers can anticipate group fitness programs to largely remain the same, but with a few exciting enhancements. Clients will notice some updates to the current facility including upgraded equipment, additional strength training formats & additional service times. Programming will begin to cater to a larger demographic of customers to empower people of all ages to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
